Practical advice and implementation
AI services
We offer two services, from an initial question to implementation across many processes.
- AI advisory: We identify where AI fits and what to leave alone, answer questions, review tools or agents already in use, and put priorities and measures in a written plan.
- AI implementation: We document processes, build agents under written rules, measure agreed goals and train employees, with optional support afterward.
Common questions
What does Worden do?
We provide AI advisory and implementation for growing companies: advice on where AI fits, and agents built and run under written rules for the work that matters most.
Who do you work with?
Our services are for owners, CEOs and department heads at growing companies, as well as private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and the CPA firms and advisers who work with owners.
Where are you based?
Worden is based in Traverse City, Michigan. We take on work for companies across the US, in person or remotely, and we travel to clients.
Do we have to start with a big project?
No. We can start with a conversation or with AI advisory, each scoped in writing.
Who owns the work at the end?
The accounts are yours. The prompts, workflows and documentation we write for you are yours to keep, on the terms in your engagement letter, and we train your people on them. Ongoing support afterward is optional.
How are fees set?
Every engagement starts with a written scope and an engagement letter. Fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
How do I start?
Email dallas@worden.ai or use the contact form. A few lines is plenty, and it doesn't have to be about work. We aim to reply within one business day.
Not sure where to start?
Get in touch anyway. No pitch and no pressure. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere useful.
