Scope of services

Worden, LLC ("Worden") provides AI advisory and implementation services, as well as advisory and analytical services that include financial due diligence support, transaction memos, calculation of value, and working-capital analysis. The specific scope, deliverables, standard applied, and fees for any work are set out in a written engagement letter and statement of work signed before work begins.

Nothing on this site is an offer of services. An engagement exists only when a written engagement letter is signed by both parties.

What Worden is not

Worden is not a CPA firm and is not a registered investment adviser. Worden provides no audit, attest, or assurance services. Worden does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice, and does not act as a broker or arrange financing or the sale of any business or security.

Valuation work

Where valuation work is performed, the result is a calculation of value, stated for the purpose, date, and standard identified in the written engagement letter, and may be relied on only for that purpose and by the parties named there.

Outcomes

No outcome is promised beyond the written terms. Results depend on facts, third parties, and decisions outside Worden's control. Any adoption or acceptance commitment applies only as written in the engagement letter or statement of work.

Fees

Fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
