The whole policy.
This site is a handful of pages of static HTML. It sets no cookies, though one of the tools below keeps a small ID in your browser's storage (described below). The fonts are served from this domain, and the night sky on the home page is drawn in your browser.
We count visits with Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service. It uses no cookies and collects no personal information: it records which pages are viewed, where visitors came from, and clicks on downloads and outside links. The counting script is served from this domain; the counts go to Plausible.
We also use Apollo's website visitor tool, which tries to match a visit to the organization it comes from, using the visit's network (IP) address, so we can see which companies read which pages. We have turned off its person-level matching, and we don't use it to identify you personally. It keeps an anonymous ID in your browser's storage (not a cookie) and sends Apollo the pages you view, the referring site and that ID. Apollo's own policy governs its data.
If you use the contact form, what you enter (name, email, message, and any other fields you fill in or choose), the page you sent it from, and how you reached the site (the referring site and any search or campaign tag in the link) are processed by Netlify, the site's host, delivered to dallas@worden.ai, and kept in our contact records in HubSpot. They aren't sold, shared with anyone else, or added to any mailing list. If you'd like a note you sent deleted, email dallas@worden.ai and we'll delete it. If you book a call, the booking page is Google Calendar's; what you enter there is handled by Google under its own policy, and we receive it and add it to our calendar.
Netlify keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) to run its network; its own policy governs those. If you subscribe to new pieces, your email address is stored with Netlify and used only to send you what we publish. Unsubscribe any time by replying, or email dallas@worden.ai and we'll remove it.
That's everything. If this page ever changes, the change will be visible here. Last updated November 2026.
